This was our first time buying a house, and although the process was stressful, we were so grateful for the opportunity to work with Ryan. We first started looking at houses with Ryan two years ago and quickly learned we needed to save up more before we could be done renting. Ryan was very patient with us until we were ready. We started looking for a house again in May and he made a lot of effort to be flexible with us and fit us in for multiple showings a week. We were thankful to have him along with us for house showings because he would point out things that we should look out for when looking at a home and even suggested things we could easily fix if we were interested in a house. He took the time and energy to really get to know us and feel out what we wanted in a home. He was very knowledgeable about the market and I completely trusted his advice on how much we should offer for a particular house and when we should make the offer. The first offer we wrote (a month after we officially began house searching) was accepted and the house was even appraised for more than we paid for the house. We were able to close and move into our house in July (just two months after we officially started looking)!!Overall Ryan was personable, pleasant to be around, knowledgeable, and trust worthy. I would recommend Ryan to anyone I know.

Ryan helped us buy our first house, and we couldn't be happier. We had an accepted offer within just a few weeks! There was definitely some luck involved there, but Ryan did a lot of the heavy lifting. He explained the process clearly so we felt confident at every step. When booking showings, his schedule was flexible and he was able to make additions on short notice. He was also very quick and reliable when responding to messages. Ryan is awesome. He has helped my family sell 2 homes and purchase 1 one home. My mom wanted to interview 3 relators but after meeting with Ryan first she did not meet with anyone else. He is always available and prompt with return e-mail or texts or calling. He's got a great sense of humor. He helped with staging a lot and even got into some cob webs looking for the internet cable. Not only did Ryan expertly guide us through the home buying process in a hot market (Madison), during a crazy time (Covid), helping us land an amazing home quickly but he was there to help when it wasn't his job to be. Just after closing on the new house, there was a freak appliance fire that caused major damage. Ryan came out to meet me at the house after the fire department left.
